Life can be awfully hectic between work obligations, raising children, and all of the responsibilities that make up adult life. If you're lucky enough to have a wonderful partner in your life, the last thing you want to do is neglect that relationship by going through the motions without taking the time to connect.


Research has shown that one of the most critical mistakes you can make as a partner, is turning down your partner when they reach out for connection. That doesn't mean you can't say no to sex once in awhile, but when your partner shows they want to connect, whether that's physically, emotionally or spiritually, when you respond positively, it goes a long way to make them feel appreciated, valued and secure.


Here’s a 30-Day Intimacy and Sex Challenge designed to help couples deepen their connection, spice things up, and explore new dimensions of their relationship. Day 1: Make Out Session

Reignite the passion with a long, slow make-out session. No rushing—just enjoy the build-up of anticipation.


Day 2: Massage Exchange

Get adventurous and explore a sex position you've never tried before. Break out of the routine!
